It took over two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation even though I scheduled an appointment. When I asked Mr. McDowell about why it would take so long even though I had an appointment, he said rotation even though I scheduled an appointment. I then had to bring up the shuttle service I asked for. He was about to tell me how long I would have to wait when the shuttle driver showed up to the service desk and I was fortunately able to use the service without having to wait for the shuttle to run home those that had arrived before me. The shuttle service was great. Although it took about an hour for me to my destination, the driver was curteous and was a cautious driver. When I arrived to pick up my car, Michelle Sanchez quickly came to assist me and help me to pay for the service. She was also great! More

Very bad service from the person who was helping me. I disagreed on a certain charge and still paid it and left it at that. After the car was extremely hot he decided to bring my car to me at a very hot temperature. Just because I disagree with the invoice.
