Paid $129. 57 for "the works" package which includes oil/filter change, tire rotation, etc. Tires WERE NOT rotated... The front passenger side wheel has very noticeable damage... it's still on the front passenger side... who knows if everything else was done... hope at least the oil and filter were changed and they actually used full synthetic oil.. and it took two and a half hours.. made an appointment, arrived at 2:45, car wasn't done until 5:15..
