great service i serviced my focus friday and my service advisor was pretty great they did an inspection on my car after the oil change and let me know what my car i serviced my focus friday and my service advisor was pretty great they did an inspection on my car after the oil change and let me know what my car needed by urgency. Didnt feel pressured to purchase anything i didnt need and i loved that. i ended up doing my front brakes and i was able to get a ride back home and back to the dealership. Then today i received a follow up call from mayra to check on how service was and i thought that was amazing because i myself had a great experience but going above and beyond and making sure EVERY customer receives the same experience is Great! this was my first time having my car serviced here but i will def be coming back.
