The customer service was good, Shannon was polite and courteous. I would rate it a 5 but I was a bit upset regarding coupons I had. When I first drop off my car I forgot to mention that I had a coupon fo courteous. I would rate it a 5 but I was a bit upset regarding coupons I had. When I first drop off my car I forgot to mention that I had a coupon for oil change service. When I picked up my car I mentioned the coupon but I was told that they had done a 5000 mile service. That's understandable but when I mentioned that I also had a 10% coupon I was told that I needed to mention that on the front end when I dropped off my car. I've never heard of that before but I accepted it. Why offer email coupons if they won't be honored is my only question. Maybe I missed the small print that states I have to mention the coupon on the front end, not sure. More

Car is great! I wish they added the packages like ceramic coating, Low Jack and paint protection onto the price instead of being told after that they are going to I wish they added the packages like ceramic coating, Low Jack and paint protection onto the price instead of being told after that they are going to include it on top of the purchase price. I did not want or need any of those things but was still forced to pay for them. Those items should be added later if the customer requests them, not before. I ended up paying full price plus the add ons and I wasn’t even given a discount for the inconvenience. More

I can’t believe CustomerService and the feeling of being family is still around. Puente Hills Ford was so amazing. Everybody was friendly and you felt like you were part of the family.
