There was bad communication in regards to expectations of length of the car being repaired as well as lack of service to accommodate my mother who was left without a car or rental of some sort for 5 days. length of the car being repaired as well as lack of service to accommodate my mother who was left without a car or rental of some sort for 5 days. The employee who attended to us was defensive and had excuses when asked simple questions like estimated time of repair. He even told me he'd speak to my mother and that I should speak to her since he updates her, even though I had reiterated that I was speaking and dealing with the service on her behalf. Was not a fun experience at all and I hope this feedback encouraged improvement. More
