The pre order process was easy. Adam and Maurice were both good at communicating updates. Once the car was delivered it took about 2 hours for the paperwork. There were a few hiccups in the ordering process for the Ford Maverick that I orders. The final one was that the price protection that I was told I would get didn't attach to the order.
