Emmanuel was not very transparent with the completion dates. He gave me a possible completion date for a self pay customer, but the true completion date was much later due to requiring approval from Ford dates. He also does not know the status of your car. He did not know my car was sitting in the bay with nobody working on it even though I called earlier and he told me it would be done by the end of the day. I called him at the end of the day expecting my car to be done, but he told me he went to go check to find nobody working on my car. Kenneth was also the one who took in my car, and he was very friendly and helpful. Dave was also very accomodating. However, Stephanie provided excellent service in making sure any concerns rooting the dissatisfaction were addressed and fixed. It is very apparent that she cares about her customers. In the end everything worked out, so I have no complaints. More
