Went in for an oil change and to buy a spare key, the price for a key was CRAZY expensive and the added fees for activation was ridiculous. One good note for your store was that one of your employee Terr price for a key was CRAZY expensive and the added fees for activation was ridiculous. One good note for your store was that one of your employee Terrel happen to walk bye and greeted me, we got to talking and he was very friendly / helpful and help answer a lot of questions my daughter had about her new Mustang. I want to commend Terrel for taking the time to speak with us even though he didn't have to. Employees like this is what keep customers coming back. Outstand employee and overall nice guy More

We picked up the car yesterday evening. I immediately raised the hood and measured the battery voltage. I used a brand new Hydrometer to check the battery. I know the ford service area I immediately raised the hood and measured the battery voltage. I used a brand new Hydrometer to check the battery. I know the ford service area only uses a battery charger and measures the voltage only. The Hydrometer checks the energy level of the battery. The typical levels are RED for poor, Green for "needs charging, and white for good. Unfortunately, I have measured all cells and got border line between poor and needs charging. I have my small charger on the battery and will see how far it moves up. At the present time if the battery does not show more power, I will be replacing the battery with a new one. The Tow Truck driver said he thought I got a used or poor battery last November. I was told by Ford that my problem was not driving enough. The truth is that the Flex gets more use than my Ranger Pickup and it has not given me any battery problems. An old book I have had about 50 years states that with a Hydrometer, the levels between cells should be no more than about 20 to 50 points different between all the cells. The new hydrometer I used today did not show any cell that was in the OK or GOOD area, All of the cells were in the low RED area or in the lower middle range for needs charging. If the battery does not improve with my small charger by tomorrow, I will be heading out to purchase a new battery. I will test it before using it. Last Fall when the FLEX had battery problems, the Ford Techs used a high current test and said everything was Good. I kept saying that the tests they were using were not good because when I took it home the Hydrometer tests showed BAD. They finally did a test with the high current and then put a load on the battery and it was dead in 15 minutes. Thats when I got the battery I now have. I am not sure I got a good new battery on one that was sitting on the shelf for some time. One last thing, that battery was used for a 4 day trip from our house to Sacramento along with several trips to Mt. Wilson earlier this year. More
