Scheduling process was horrible. Car had to always be left over night even though was told that it would be done by the end of the day. Dropping off the car always took more than 15 Car had to always be left over night even though was told that it would be done by the end of the day. Dropping off the car always took more than 15 minutes even though I arrived few minutes before my appointment time. The wait in general is unacceptable compared to all the past dealerships from other car brands I have had. More

Horrible scheduling process. Was told that my vehicle will be done the same day as long as I bring it in on time. Have brought my vehicle here multiple times for the same reason Was told that my vehicle will be done the same day as long as I bring it in on time.
