I set an appointment two weeks earlier for servi Just leaving the dealers service department, after a horrid customer service experience with Bernie. I set an appointment two weeks earlier for service today. Once again, there was no record of the appoint being set. Which is an issue because I purposely took the morning off work to bring my vehicle in. My cars navigation system was having sporadic issues but luckily this morning was one of those days during the issue. I purposely took a video of the issue and left the car on for Bernie to see what the issue was. He refused to look at the issue, saying that he didn't want to look at the issue even to document or to explain to the technician. I asked why wouldn't he want to look and understand the issue and he said to call Dodge or take the vehicle elsewhere... okay. Luckily, my wife is in the market for a Jeep. Thanks Bernie, I can cross your dealership off my list. That will absolutely help me in the long run. More
2015 Challenger Nightmare It was a Sunday in the end of October 2014. I came in to checkout the new Challengers. I was immediately hounded by a salesman and if i was intereste It was a Sunday in the end of October 2014. I came in to checkout the new Challengers. I was immediately hounded by a salesman and if i was interested in purchasing a car right away. I felt pressured. So i drove a 2015 Challenger Sxt full loaded with Ivory and Black Leather. Fell in love with the car. So i decided to make a deal. At first they where very friendly not pushy. Then the deal came through from financing. My salesman was very professional just not the finance department. In the end i drove home in a very sexy 15 Challenger. I fell in love with the car. With in 2 days i received a call that they needed more money than agreed for the down payment of 2100. They needed 4 thousand more. I said i will bring the car back. That they had breached the signed contract. The dealership insisted to just give them a couple days and everything would be fine. Friday of that week after numerous attempts to get a hold of finance and repeated straight to voice mail i went in the dealership after work. Immediately I was hounded by a finance manager. I told them that we had made a deal and i was sticking to my guns. After 2 hours of waiting the finance manager told me to take it home for the weekend. So i did. Then on Veterans day of all days, i am a 8 year Proud Navy Vet, i get a call that they needed 4k or they needed the car back. I said i am coming in to get my trade in back and unwind the deal. The finance manager said give him to three and they would have my Civic Si fully detailed. I went a dropped off the car and filled out the paper work to get my Civic Si back. When my Si was returned to me it was filthy. Look like it had been taken off road. To top that off they threw away my aftermarket rear view mirror and stock shift knob i had in the glove box, and had scuffed one of my aftermarket wheels. I was so angry i just took my car and left. If you want to be pressured to buy a vehicle and don't mind it then go to this dealership. Most of the salesman are friendly but the finance department in very unprofessional and rude. More
