I needed to leave the car so didn't get to know who handled the service. No communication all day waiting for the update until I reached out to them. I needed to leave the car at the dealer over night. I was told that I will be contacted in the morning but never did. I had reach out again in the afternoon then found out it will be ready by the evening. :( More
Appointment was set up easily. Loved that my vehicle was serviced within less time than expected. Would definitely be returning here for further maintenance. Loved that my vehicle was serviced within less time than expected. Would definitely be returning here for further maintenance. More

They ended up charging me $200 for doing nothing but change out parts since they had no idea what was wrong with the truck. More details as follows... After calling a few times during the week to get a status, I called again 7 days after dropping the truck off, and Service still had no status. They kept me on hold for about 15-20 minutes, and then said the transmission was bad. They had no details about how, why or what was bad, and couldn't answer any questions about the issue, at all. When I asked if they had driven the truck they hesitated, then said yes. Yet it was clear to me they had not driven the truck, and it seemed that they had just stuck the meter on the thing, read a couple codes, and leaped to the conclusion that the transmission is bad. When the service manager was unable to answer even the simplest question about what was wrong, he said he would go get more technical details, and then call me back. When he did, he had more info, and claimed they had driven the truck, yet they still had no specifics about what was wrong, why it had gone bad, not about the extent of the damage. Instead, they wanted to replace the transmission, claiming it had burnt fluid, broken gears, and countless unnamed issues. They claimed a new transmission would be $10.4k, and also said the turbocharger likely needed replaced, another $6.4k for the turbocharger. Yet the symptoms of the truck do not match a bad transmission. There is no gear slippage or other indicators. Also, multi-point inspections of the truck by the same dealer only a couple months prior said all was fine. There was no prior indication of transmission issues, and the behavior of the truck seems to match a turbo-charger issue, not a transmission issue. Yet the service manager could not answer any questions about the issue, and when he went to ask someone else (it sounded like it might be the mechanic), I heard him say "he's going to have to throw some money at the truck". I did not come to the dealer to "throw money at the truck". I came for an expert appraisal of the mechanical issue and a fair price to repair it, and the service department failed to provide that service. Since the service department was unable to provide a plausible estimate of the issue and repair after 7 days, I picked up the truck. Since the dealer failed to provide a plausible explanation of the problem and repair, I expected to pay nothing for the visit. Instead, they charged me $200. I expect a dealer to have the best service department and mechanics, and that they should be more familiar with their vehicles than others, and that their service exceeds others, or at least falls in the "excellent" range. Instead, I paid for someone to fumble about with my truck and to charge me for their fumbling. Unacceptable. More
