When I brought my car in for the service, I told the CSR that I'd like to use my Jeep Wave® membership benefit which provides a one-day rental car since the service of my car would take more than 6 hours. T that I'd like to use my Jeep Wave® membership benefit which provides a one-day rental car since the service of my car would take more than 6 hours. The CSR arranged a one-day rental for me from nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and told me I need to pay for the rental out of my own pocket first, but he would send me a reimbursement voucher and form so that I can get car rental cost reimburse by Jeep. When I picked up my vehicle the next day morning, I even reminded the CSR to not forget sending me the voucher and form so that I can apply for reimbursement from Jeep, but he never send over any voucher form or coupon for future use, except emails asking me to give rating, so here I am. The reason I'm still giving a 3 star because the service of my vehicle was completed on time. More

Good service car was good at the end but had to request double inspection in order for my car to be checked throughly was not happy about that. Over all Chris was helpful to apply for a payment plan.
