My nightmare started May 11, 2022, when I dropped my car off due to my transmission light turning on. I kept calling to get updates and was told that they were down to 1 transmission mechanic, and they had off due to my transmission light turning on. I kept calling to get updates and was told that they were down to 1 transmission mechanic, and they had 2 cars in the air, so my car sat in their parking lot until May 19th when their mechanic finally looked at my car. On May 24th Mopar finally approved the work to be done. I kept calling my service advisor for status, but I kept being left on hold or sent straight to voicemail so on June 3rd I drove to the dealer and when I confronted my service advisor about it, he said, “my bad, I should’ve called you with an update.” Obviously, he just didn’t give a xxxx. The part was delayed 4 times before it was delivered only to have the nuts and bolts missing from the delivery which again delayed the repair. I eventually filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and I had to blast them on Yelp to see if I could get someone, anyone to provide me with an update! My car was finally repaired and released on 6/27; 48 days after I initially dropped of my car!! I am still dealing with Stellantis to try and get the car rental reimbursed because of all the delays that kept pushing out the repair and keeping me in the rental. To say it was a bad experience is putting it mildly… it was xxxx dealing with this dealer. Their service department lacks basic customer service skills and that is their job… customer service. This whole experience has caused me so much stress that I will never go back to Puente Hills CDJR. More
