Had a difficult time being able to get a hold of services after our car was taken in. Was told we would get information about the status of our car at 2pm didn't get any info till about 4pm. Car had to stay after our car was taken in. Was told we would get information about the status of our car at 2pm didn't get any info till about 4pm. Car had to stay at dealer and was told I would get a call at 1pm next day about the car. Had to call and couldn't get through to advisor. Had to keep calling until someone was able to put me through to them. Car was done at 5pm instead. More

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT PHCD SUCKS, THAT PLACE IS A RIPOFF I HOPE TO NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I WENT TO SERVICE MY CAR AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN ARM AND A LEG. YES, SERVICE IS WAY TO SLOW EVERYBODY IS JUST WALKING AROUND FLOGGING THEIR DUMMY. DURING THE TIME MY CAR WAS THERE, I CALLED LIKE 10 TIMES OR SO FOR INFORMATION OF MY CAR, NOBODY ANSWERS THE F PHONE AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MESSAGES I LEFT. IT'S LIKE THEY DON'T GIVE A DANM ABOUT YOU. I'LL LEAVE THIS COMMENT WITH ONE MORE SAYING.
