Whole day wasted. Made an appt a week in advanced. Told them I needed an oil change and my two headlights changed. Waited 5 HOURS at my appt and then they come and tell me that my headlights could not be changed bc there was no tech available to change them. Therefore, it took 5 HOURS for an oil change. Total waste of my day and very disappointed this time. Never have I had this happened at this dealer, been coming here since I bought my Challenger. Now I have to make ANOTHER appt and hopefully there will be a tech there to change my headlights…… More
Service charged us for oil change that should've been complementary. Told my husband they couldn't refund it. I tried to call the service dept. It literally took 6 calls to get someone to answer Then sen complementary. Told my husband they couldn't refund it. I tried to call the service dept. It literally took 6 calls to get someone to answer Then sent to voicemail. Called back. 2 calls for someone to answer. Sat o. Hold 6 mins to be told manager was not responding. Unacceptable. Terrible customer service. You should have info on our account showing the oil changes. Your dept should answer the phone. Your manager should communicate to his team if he will be out. Someone should be able to help your customers figure out and fix your mistakes without the run around. More

Worst customer service ever if I could give 0 stars I would. My vehicle took months to get serviced. They never answer your phone calls , they don’t respond to emails , and when they finally answer the would. My vehicle took months to get serviced. They take forever to help you in person and the manager doesn’t even care when you bring up issues. Thank god I never have to go to this dealership again. More

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t good and this was the second time I had a bad experience. Not only did the dealership claim they could not find the problem with my vehicle but they are horrible with comm second time I had a bad experience. Not only did the dealership claim they could not find the problem with my vehicle but they are horrible with communication. Both occasions no one ever called to give me an update. I literally had to drive down to the dealership to get anyone to talk to me. On the second occasion I literally told them exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and it just needed a programming update. McPeak Dodge fixed the issue the first time when Puente Hills Dodge couldn’t figure it out after having my vehicle for three days. The service technician at McPeak explained exactly what it was and what to say if it happened again. Puente Hills wanted to charge me $300 to do the programming because they said there was nothing wrong with my car. I have a $100 deductible with my extended warranty. I have had my Durango for 5 years. I take great care of my car and love it. I know when here is something mechanically wrong with my car. I drive it daily and pay attention to how it responds when I drive it. My brakes were also making a very loud clicking sound when I press them as if they were sticking. It is an extremely obvious sound. Puente Hills also claimed they could not find the problem and tried to blame it on the caliper covers I had. I even told them upfront the problem started before the caliper covers were installed. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason at all. Which is unfortunate as it is only a couple miles from my house. Instead I will drive to McPeak in Anaheim because there not only did they fix my car both times without any drama, but they literally offered to give me a ride home or give me a loaner car. If you need service done, don’t waste your time at Puente Hills Dodge. Make the drive to McPeak, it’s worth it. I did not work with Robert Gilliam as my service technician as the review listed. It was a woman whose name I do not recall. The one star listing is for her lack of communication. More
