Phones were terrible to contact anyone there for the status of my truck. it took me three hours to get hold of the operator! Unacceptable! Also, my truck is 2 months old and was at the dealer for a Uco status of my truck. it took me three hours to get hold of the operator! Unacceptable! Also, my truck is 2 months old and was at the dealer for a Uconnect message that came on. They refused to give a rental car and the work was going to take 3 days! I had to pick up my truck before the work was completed! When I picked it up there were a couple customers who were not happy with the customer service treatment. Won’t be taking my truck back there anytime soon!!!! More
