The problem I had was at delivery- I am very disappointed on the time it took to bring my car up after service, not only did they bring up a car that wasn’t mine they took about 35 minutes to do disappointed on the time it took to bring my car up after service, not only did they bring up a car that wasn’t mine they took about 35 minutes to do that. PH Jeep has work to do. ..they told me they'd call me to advise that it was done....that never took place. I called to get an update, no one picks up the phone. I show up to pick up the Jeep and no one was at the cashier. Another customer and I waited for over 20 minutes until we were finally seen. More
