Unfortunately, my visits to the service department this time around were unpleasant. I was not greeted or acknowledged by my assigned service advisor on both visits. Understandably, the service advisor had been busy; however, days flew by and a follow up call was never provided. I was also not notified that my car was ready to be picked up. I called one hour before closing and was notified then that my car was ready. More
