Needed to have lane assist looked at and they wanted to keep the car for a day or 2 after i specifically told them I needed it back by end of day. Nothing was worked on. They didn’t replace the 3M guards l keep the car for a day or 2 after i specifically told them I needed it back by end of day. Nothing was worked on. They didn’t replace the 3M guards like they had stated. No car wash. Had a better experience at another local dealership. Took only a day to update software and fix my issue . Car washed. Unfortunately the buying experience here was not a favorable one too. More
Horrible customer service. I took my Jeep in because it was leaking. I had explained I took it to the original dealership prior for the same issue & they held on to my car for I took my Jeep in because it was leaking. The manager, Bustter put a note on my paperwork stating that I would like a call the following day to get an updated about my vehicle. 3 days went by & no one called me. When I tried to call the service department, they said they couldn’t find my paperwork which meant they were still working on my car & that I could leave a message with the service manager to get back to me. 2 more days went by with no returned call. I proceeded to call the service department again in which they had no answers & transferred me to Bustters phone, to which he also did not answer. I even texted the provided phone number by him on his answering machine & stated the number was available for texting communications. Another day, still no response. I called the service dealership again & was on hold with an individual for over 45 minutes, to which she explained that because my name was in all capital letters on my paperwork that my car had no been worked on due to not being able to find my name in the system & this explained why no one was calling me back. No one thought to check the VIN, or even peek at the registration in the glove box to find the name. Let alone connect the dots that the car just sitting there for a few days could be owned by the person they aren’t returning calls to. My car sat at their dealership for 6 days before they even were able to realize what the car was in for. The following day I get a call from Bustter who tells me NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CAR & THAT ITS NOT LEAKING. 6 days of my perfectly working car, just sitting there due to a lack of their ability to input a name into a system properly. He said that his tech has a history of dealing with leaking Jeeps & that’s it’s usually the oil cooler. He stated they ordered the part on Wednesday, will be installed Thursday, & then I could pick up my Jeep Friday. It was 2pm on Friday & I had to call the service department again to check up in my vehicle to which they said Bustter was finishing up my paperwork & it would be ready in an hour. This service department was a complete waste of my time & provided 0 communications with me. DO NOT GO HERE. More
I wish there was an option to choose zero stars. Service on my car took over two weeks for a service that I was told it was going to take three days at the max. I called, left voice messages, text messages and emails and no response from the dealer, finally I decided to drive there to check status and still my car was not ready. I wish I could say customer service is great but unfortunately that is not the case with this dealership. More
Very helpful and quick came in for an oil change my dealer was supposed to do, which I’m glad they didn’t and sent me over here. This place was wayyyy more kinder, extremely way more helpful and servic dealer was supposed to do, which I’m glad they didn’t and sent me over here. This place was wayyyy more kinder, extremely way more helpful and service people were so welcoming gave me a few pointers on what to look at, even checked my brake and routers which they didn’t have too extremely satisfied. Don’t remember the name of the lady that helped me but she had the long blonde hair but she’s the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
