I have to say that my recent experience with Puente Hills Chrysler Jeep has to be the worst in my over 45 years driving. Our motto is “Service with Integrity.” My experience at your dealership was horrible service with no integrity. I brought in our 2017 Jeep Wrangler into your dealership assuming that I had an issue that would be covered under warranty. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to get seen. I admit that Nathan did tell me that the warranty expired a couple months ago but I left it anyway. Extensions don't pick up and voice mails are full. I have left you numerous messages and even texted you. This the is WORST experience I have every had at a dealer. Totally unacceptable. Peter Amundson Sr. 626.664.3433 Finally, after numerous calls requesting status, Nathan told me it was an ignition module. I foolishly gave permission to repair it. The next week was filled with the usual calling with rarely a call pick up but no update. Finally, after two weeks in your shop, Nathan texted me to pick up the jeep. I told him to make sure and it was finally ready to be picked up and we waited another couple day until it was finally really ready. Upon receiving the invoice, I was astonished to see $600.00 to replace a $180 part. What a rip off! When I dropped it off, I told Nathan to replace the wiper blades, he asked me if I wanted to replace the rear too, which I agreed to. Upon picking up the vehicle I verified about the wiper blades and was told they were missed. If I would go to parts and purchase them, Nathan would install them. I proceeded to parts and purchased the blades, but the rear was back ordered. What a mess! More
Once again its Debbie McGill who helped me with my car concern.I just showed up in the dealership and she immediately get to work. I don't understand why you require an appointment for service. I easliy made my appointment through your website and getting the required parts ordered for my service was easy. I arrived on time for my service. I easliy made my appointment through your website and getting the required parts ordered for my service was easy. I arrived on time for my 9:00am appointment but no service attendants were around from 9:00am to 9:15am. If your employees take a break between 9 and 9:15, please block out this time so customers cannot book appointments during this time. The check in process was not bad and when my service attendant contacted me at 11:00am, I was excited to see my Jeep. However, he contacted me just to tell me they have not even started on my Jeep. This is truly unacceptable and again, I don't understand why an appointment is necessary when you do not have the staff to deliver on an agreed upon time. I have had similar issues with a different Jeep dealer so I am guessing this is common at your service centers. My prior vehicle services were never this disrespectfu to my time. Poor service , none of the service representatives looked like they wanted to be there . I called 4 times to get an update on my car and they said they could not give me answers , they had my jeep for a week like they wanted to be there . Not to mention that they over book people for service, they should be honest if they cannot see that many people in one day. I loved coming here because it is so close to home but such a shame that they lack professionalism. More
