The service was pretty fast, my Grand Cherokee was in and out in around 45 minutes. But unfortunatley I had to wait over an hour to pay and get my keys. This is unacceptable expecialy when there was a very out in around 45 minutes. But unfortunatley I had to wait over an hour to pay and get my keys. This is unacceptable expecialy when there was a very low volume of customers. The exact same thing happened when I brought my Gladiator for service two months ago. I'm sad to say, I will no longer be bringing my Jeeps here. Also, the waiting area needs cleaning, walls need painting, etc... The parts area has very little accessories, many empty shelves, etc.... There is much more to say but I'm done venting. More
