1/21/23 Parts were ordered for my repairs. No one called to tell me they were in. Contacted service and yes they were in. Should I make an appointment for the repair - indication it wasn't No one called to tell me they were in. Contacted service and yes they were in. Should I make an appointment for the repair - indication it wasn't necessary. On 1/9 brought in vehicle and was told appointment was necessary. Two weeks later on 1/23 brought in vehicle at 9:30am and they said it was a two day job. No call - called them on 1/25 for progress. Indication it would take another day. Not ready on 1/27 would be Monday 1/30. Not ready - now 2/1. Finally ready that afternoon. This isn't the first time this has happened. Won't be using this dealer again. More

Service was alright, just that I feel like they're still raising the prices more than they should. First repair quote was over $4,000 for my jeep repair. I said no because of the high price then the repair dropped to $2,000. That already did not make much sense but i decided to get the work done due t I said no because of the high price then the repair dropped to $2,000. That already did not make much sense but i decided to get the work done due to it will be under warranty if the problem came back. After work was done i brought the jeep back home and after driving the vehicle in the city it overheated. I noticed that the radiator was dry with no coolant and the radiator cap was left loose. I took it back and they blamed it on the cap itself and replaced it. They called me to let me know it was ready but once i picked up the vehicle right from the parking lot i opened the hood to double check the cap and fluid since i no longer trust these guys and i was glad i did because once again the radiator had no coolant. I then walked back to my service tech to notify him and he then took the car back to the shop and filled it up for me. Much more quality control is needed in this dealership, in my opinion. My cars will no longer be serviced in this location. More
