I was told my truck was going to be in the shop for 2 days (No Problem), on the end of the 2nd day I called to check the status. Service Advisor stated that he was busy that he would call me back (Again No Problem). Did not get the call back. Was called the following day when the truck was done. 2- I was told they do not was vehicles. I was not looking for a sales delivery detail wash, but a good rinse a wipe down. More
