They had my car for nine days at all it was was a sensor. Don’t believe they’ve had it for that long and my car runs very rough. I made a service appointment in person because I wanted to ask how the long service would take so I can plan accordingly. The car needed recalls, oil change, tire rotation and cracked windshield. The service advisor wrote up the service and told me it should take one day, so he scheduled the appointment a week in advance for me to drop it off Monday morning. I never received any calls on updates of my vehicle. I had to keep calling to follow-up on the status. On Tuesday, when I got ahold of the service advisor he tells me they're backed up and work won't be performed until Thursday. Thursday, I receive no call. I had to call again to follow-up and they said it'll be ready Friday. Friday, I finally receive a call to come pick up the vehicle. Taking 4 days is fine by me but why tell me it would be done in 1 day when I'm scheduling an appointment ahead of time to avoid this? Not a single status update to let me know it would take longer? They, also, did not perform the tire rotation without letting me know. I find out reading the receipt that they couldn't locate the wheel locks. A simple phone call, I would've been able to let them know? My windshield recently cracked on it's own with no impact points going over a speed bump so I requested if they can try to file a claim with warranty. (supposedly really common occurrence on Wranglers, well documented on forums). I got no update on this and I didn't even bring it up because I knew I would get no help at all. The recalls and oil change was performed but besides that I got absolutely no service whatsoever from the service advisor. The only good interaction I had was with the shuttle driver. More
