The worst dealership I have ever tried to deal with. No loaner/ rental vehicle for warranty or recall work. Vehicle sits for 3 days before even being touched. Cap left off coolant reservoir. Trying to move forward from a really bad experience and small things that mean a lot still linger through. I purchased the extended warranty, when I told the service guy that helped me, he said I had to leave my vehicle there for a week. I can’t leave my car there for a week, it’s our only need of transportation. I asked for a loaner and he said there’s none that their diagnostics was behind a week and that I needed to call the manufacturer. You send me a coupon for a 5 qts vehicle and mines uses 7 so I couldn’t use it, and to top it off technician forgot to put the plastic sticker that lets me know when the next oil change is due… little things that mean a lot. More
