I dropped off my car because the check engine light went on. I was told that they need the car for a week. I did not expect my car back for a week, but I would have expected some type of communication about on. I was told that they need the car for a week. I called 3 days after I dropped off my vehicle, and I was put on hold to talk to my original service advisor for over 45 minutes. My service advisor never picked up. I was called back on day 4 and was told that my car had not been touched. I am surprised that no one could have connected to a machine to read the code. I should have just done it myself at an auto parts store for free and with one a few minutes I would have know the error. I then called day 6 thinking that someone would have at least read the code; however I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 min waiting for my advisor. I don’t understand why someone else food not look at my service order. After waiting for such a long time on hold, I decided to drive to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership before anyone can answer my call. Day 7, I was called because the issue was because of the gas cap. It was replaced under warranty. The gas cap was not in stock, so they needed to order it and will arrive the next day. I asked them to call me when it was done. They informed me it will be done 1-2 days which should have been done on Thursday. I get an email from the service done on my car, so I called to see if it was completed. I do not understand why I could not have some form of communication. I was a service manager, and I believe this dealership will benefit from a system where a customer can look up their service order on the dealership website. I know it’s a little costly to get someone to program it. Another solution, you can have your service advisors send us an email or call every 2-4 days. Some communication is better than no communication. The overall experience in this dealership is by far the worst that I have had in the last -0 car purchases over the last 10 years. Sales: they closed the deal and kept on ordering me the wrong parts that we had agreed Ed upon. Services: they are only order what they are told but they should have seen the part that was ordered was not for my vehicle. I hate to write negative surveys, but someone needs to know the level of services that is provided. I believe going forward, I may have to look for another dealership for my services. Can you also please ask your sales department to update their info about me. They keep on calling me if I wanted to buy a Jeep. I bought my Jeep from them 3 months ago. More
Horrible service, took my car in to the dealer for a recall which turned up to be two along with that after getting my car back from being there for a week it had other problems. Which seems really fishy that my car had this other problems, felt like they just wanted to grab a quick buck with other issues it all of a sudden had, they held my car for two weeks and everytime we called the person working on it wasn’t their or didn’t even returned our calls back when leaving a message. Ordered the wrong parts almost charged us the wrong invoice, car is dirty with bird xxxx and over grease and dirt. They say we have a 2 year warranty for the parts they work on but honestly not worth the trouble. Never coming back to this dealership and on Google maps there is even more reviews of over costumers receiving bad customer service like us or the other things that had happened to us. If I ever need to take to a dealership for work it’s going to be some where else More

Asked about a loaner but was told they don't do that. Had it towed to another dealer who diagnosed it in less than a week and is providing a loaner car from the day I dropped it off until I get it back. Which may be a while (but not to the fault of the dealer but because of parts availability). Terrible experience. The only positive was the honesty about the slow service. More
