Exactly What A Dealership Should Be. Three years ago I purchased a new car from a competing Honda dealership. The vehicle had some problems so I called Priority Honda. I'm glad I did! Three years ago I purchased a new car from a competing Honda dealership. The vehicle had some problems so I called Priority Honda. I'm glad I did! Priority was able to schedule service at my convenience. They helped to communicate with an adjuster from the auto insurance company. They also handled communication with a representative from an existing third-party service contract. Priority broke down the costs of covered repairs versus non-covered repairs, the time and expenses involved and also offered me an alternative. Enter Ken Bracken At the time, I wasn't interested in an alternative and I was pretty unhappy with Honda. Ken made it his personal mission to make it all better. It took all day(10 hours), a search through their inventory, inventories from other dealerships and even walking the lot to make sure he offered me everything and anything I wanted. He genuinely cared about my dissatisfaction, the lack-luster service contract I had with a competitor and my desire to switch from a midsize vehicle to a truck. Ken worked sincerely to find me a great deal on a same year model truck at a comparable value with comparable mileage. He succeeded. Between Ken Bracken and the finance department they were also able to keep the bottom line where I wanted. Not only that, they offered me a legitimate lifetime bumper-to-bumper service contract. What I will remember most is that I got to know all about Ken's love of trucks, especially a beautiful Ruby Red F150. Thanks again Ken and thank you Priority Honda.
