Cedric Hurston: Great customer service I had decided to replace my 2002 Honda Civic with a used Honda Fit EX and wanted to purchase it through Priority Honda. Cédric warned me that very few I had decided to replace my 2002 Honda Civic with a used Honda Fit EX and wanted to purchase it through Priority Honda. Cédric warned me that very few Fit Exes are turned in but that he would be on the “lookout”. Finally one became available and Cédric made sure that it was in Chesapeake so I could test drive it and look it over. After my test drive I decided to buy it. Cedric pointed out a few paint chips ( one I hadn’t even noticed!) and assured me that they would be repaired. Throughout the sale and repairs to the paint, Cedric worked diligently to let me know what was happening every step of the way. I just love my “ new to me” beautiful Honda Fit with unblemished paint! Awesome dealership with excellent customer service! I was in & out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours which NEVER happens. I got there at about 4 p.m. and by 6:30 I was signing my papers on my brand I was in & out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours which NEVER happens. I got there at about 4 p.m. and by 6:30 I was signing my papers on my brand new 2019 Accord EX-L. My salesman Jeff Waugh was excellent and facilitated everything perfectly.
