Horrible place to ever purchase any vehicle, February 2023 I bought a used gmc Sierra 2500 diesel, chris was my salesmen was a rainy day when I bought the truck so I missed some cosmetic issues spoke wit 2023 I bought a used gmc Sierra 2500 diesel, chris was my salesmen was a rainy day when I bought the truck so I missed some cosmetic issues spoke with Jamie the manager he said stuff would get fixed and bring the truck back in so I did nothing but the bed cover got fixed, the day I picked the truck up to drive home it kept shutting off, called the dealership to speak with rob after he told me he would order my new mirrors because the ones on the truck do not function properly and never heard back and anytime I would call back they would say he was busy or the phone would just hang up, here it is June 30th and the truck has still been in the repair shop, so I called and finally got in contact with someone who I thought was going to help me Mr Basil, boy was I wrong, I repeat do not buy anything from this place you’ll be ripped off and they will be laughing all the way to the bank, getting a lawyer involved has been a treat to, save yourself time and a headache and stay away from any of their dealerships in southern maryland and northern Virginia unless you want to buy a complete turd that you will drive for a week or two and have it sit in a repair shop while your making payments on something you can’t enjoy. The best part is they have blocked me on Facebook for making a honest review and they no longer accept my calls or emails More

Went to this dealer to fix a battery issue. It was the small starter battery that needed replaced. We purchased the vehicle here as well. They told us the battery would be charged by the time we made it back home. We stopped at Taco Bell in Dunkirk and the vehicle would not start in the drive through. We had the entire buisnes blocked. There was a mechanic behind us from the generac generator place and got out to help us. The reason the vehicle would not start…. The main battery positive terminal was not reattached by the service technician. Even though the service manager said they drove it around and it stopped/started just fine. How could it with the positive terminal off? Details matter. More

Worst dealership ever, I honestly wouldn’t buy a car or truck from any of Cody enterprises ever again, bought a truck back in February and haven’t seen it since March reached out numerous times to differen truck from any of Cody enterprises ever again, bought a truck back in February and haven’t seen it since March reached out numerous times to different managers and the salesmen I purchased the truck from and never got any help to even quote the salesmen in his words when I said I’ll bring the truck back said well it yours you bought it no returns, between electrical issues and cosmetic issues and mechanical issues that would have clearly been know about from anyone with any sorts of brains as a mechanic should have known that the truck they put on their show room floor was a over priced piece of xxxx, the worst part is a family member works for this company but at a different location and I wanted to support a local business in my community and I got ripped off, I am honestly disappointed and do not recommend anyone going to and of their dealerships honestly worst experience ever and I got xxxxed hard, don’t waste any of your time and money at prince Frederick dodge More

Everyone was very courteous when I came in. They made my appt with ease. I dropped it off the night before. I had a recall on my challenger that they took care of and an oil change and first They made my appt with ease. I dropped it off the night before.
