Started when i first took my truck there for a warranty issue regarding a diesel emission part. Young lady behind counter was great and friendly. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Then came issue regarding a diesel emission part. Young lady behind counter was great and friendly. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Then came the CP3 recall. Once again Service personnel behind the counter were very professional. Service was performed. I got the truck back to the house. Next couple of days I started smelling diesel exhaust in the cab and could here weird noises. Popped the hood and noticed my engine cover was cracked in half and the egr crossover tube was loose on the intake side. Nothing was said to me about the damage. I fixed the cross over egr tube myself. Sent an email to the service manager to give him a heads up. Didnt want to file a complaint or anything. Just let him know that it happened so they can tighten up their service. Things happen I get it. Fast forward to July. I have a hydraulic lifter tap, that’s been going on for awhile in my cummins. Got loud enough I figured I should take it in. Got a phone call mid day telling me that the oil was overfilled, and that’s what caused the noise. Didnt necessarily agree, but I kept it moving so my truck could get fixed. I have 20+ years experience dealing with cummins diesels and transmission building. I can’t count how many times I’ve changed oil on my cummins trucks. Ive owned at least 5 never have overfilled any of them. 3 of them had 300k on the dial before I sold them. Later that afternoon they told me it was ready. I was advised that Chrysler recommended driving for 2500 miles for the tapping to go away in the engine. I signed the paper not overly happy with the outcome. I was told that the engine is tricky to change the oil in and I probably didnt let it drain long enough. Mmmm Ok. The next day I read the receipt just out of curiosity before I filed it. It said that the engine was over by 3quarts of oil. I called immediately, and said I think there was a typo. There is no way that there is 3 extra quarts in the engine. Cummins has been 12 quarts since its inception in pickup trucks. The kit I buy is literally only 12 quarts. The young lady put me on hold to talk to the “Mechanic”. Probably the same one who worked on my truck the first time. When she got back on the phone she just said the mechanic said it was overfilled. Long story short. No one could tell me first how they came up with 3 quarts. I mentioned to them per cummins, I checked the oil warm after the engine had been sitting for 30mins. I asked to speak to the “mechanic” with no luck. Nowhere on the dipstick does it tell you how many quarts are in the pan. They couldn’t explain where 3 extra quarts came from if I put 12 in. They just told me I changed my oil wrong, and since I signed the paper there was nothing I could change. My biggest issue with this whole incident is, since this “mechanic” put customer overfilled his oil by 3 quarts, that in turn voids any warranty work that I might receive. That’s one heck of a business plan. Just tell the customer they dont know what they are doing. Oh and put some crap on the shop ticket to void their warranty for the hydraulic lifters that ultimately will have to be replaced. More

Service advisors changed in the middle of the work being performed. No one knew what was going on and what had been done to my vehicle. I was told certain things had been completed at first and then later told they had never been completed. My vehicle still has the issue that I dropped it off for and was told by Chrysler that it is normal. If you start up a new truck on your lot you will be able to tell there is an issue with my truck. I have driven it for two weeks since being told there is nothing wrong and the truck is now starting to have issues starting and it is running rough. I was told a general manager would be giving me a call two weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything. More
Horrible place to ever purchase any vehicle, February 2023 I bought a used gmc Sierra 2500 diesel, chris was my salesmen was a rainy day when I bought the truck so I missed some cosmetic issues spoke wit 2023 I bought a used gmc Sierra 2500 diesel, chris was my salesmen was a rainy day when I bought the truck so I missed some cosmetic issues spoke with Jamie the manager he said stuff would get fixed and bring the truck back in so I did nothing but the bed cover got fixed, the day I picked the truck up to drive home it kept shutting off, called the dealership to speak with rob after he told me he would order my new mirrors because the ones on the truck do not function properly and never heard back and anytime I would call back they would say he was busy or the phone would just hang up, here it is June 30th and the truck has still been in the repair shop, so I called and finally got in contact with someone who I thought was going to help me Mr Basil, boy was I wrong, I repeat do not buy anything from this place you’ll be ripped off and they will be laughing all the way to the bank, getting a lawyer involved has been a treat to, save yourself time and a headache and stay away from any of their dealerships in southern maryland and northern Virginia unless you want to buy a complete turd that you will drive for a week or two and have it sit in a repair shop while your making payments on something you can’t enjoy. The best part is they have blocked me on Facebook for making a honest review and they no longer accept my calls or emails More
