Purchasing my new vehicle at Pride Hyundai was a very nice experience. The sales person I dealt with was Kevin Lothrop. He went out of his way to take care of everything for me seeing that I purchased my new vehicle and left for vacation. When I returned I returned to a new vehicle already to pick up with no worries and no hassles. This made for a wonderful experience. Cesar was a great help! I was at Pride to purchase a new vehicle and was very concerned about possibly not being able to afford the purchase of a new car. Cesar assured me that he would be able to find some vehicle and was very concerned about possibly not being able to afford the purchase of a new car. Cesar assured me that he would be able to find something affordable and well in my price budget as well that would be classy. As he worked the numbers I looked around the used lot anticipating on his return thats where we would be looking to my surprise I left in my new car. He did everything to get me in tht classy affordable car. All my future business will be with Cesar and I will be sending all my frnds and fam. Great asset to Pride! More

Tony and his staff are exellent. They take time to explain the repairs required. I have always found them to be honest and upfront. Love the quick wash and vac that came free with my service. Initially, I did not come in looking for a car; but when I saw the 2013 Elantra, it immediately caught my eye. I was looking over it and Kevin came by to tell me about the car. Without even knowing I was go I saw the 2013 Elantra, it immediately caught my eye. I was looking over it and Kevin came by to tell me about the car. Without even knowing I was going to buy it, he immediately told me it was a great car. He was very attentive to any questions I had, set up everything in my car (radio, etc), went over the instruction manual. The whole experience was flawless. Kevin deserves a recognition for his attentiveness, his integrity and his social skills. He is by far, the best salesmen I have ever met because he was looking out for the customer, instead of just the business. More

We bought a 2009 Saturn Vue and felt confident that John was trying his best to get us a good deal. I would make a few recommendations: The policy is to fill the gas tank for new Hyundai purchases should be expanded to all purchases. Even though the car is noy brand new, it is one the dealership is selling and the cunsumer is still paying a lot of money for it. Additioanlly, the car we bought ended up having a problem with the doors not unlocking automatically when the car is placed in park. Initially, we thought this was just a set up issue and could be corrected using the car's set up menu. Turns out it is a problem that will need diagnostics and repair. Hyundai will not cover this as thety say it is not a safety issue. Repair on this "new to us" car will be at an additioanl expense to us. I feel that this should have either been disclosed to us before the purchase or rectified by the dealership. Overall the experience was a positive one. Ask for John! More
