The dealership is clean and inviting. John was great to deal with. He has a great personality and pays attention to details. Overall the experience was great. We did not feel pressured. We bought a 2009 Saturn Vue and felt confident that John was trying his best to get us a good deal. I would make a few recommendations: The policy is to fill the gas tank for new Hyundai purchases should be expanded to all purchases. Even though the car is noy brand new, it is one the dealership is selling and the cunsumer is still paying a lot of money for it. Additioanlly, the car we bought ended up having a problem with the doors not unlocking automatically when the car is placed in park. Initially, we thought this was just a set up issue and could be corrected using the car's set up menu. Turns out it is a problem that will need diagnostics and repair. Hyundai will not cover this as thety say it is not a safety issue. Repair on this "new to us" car will be at an additioanl expense to us. I feel that this should have either been disclosed to us before the purchase or rectified by the dealership. Overall the experience was a positive one. Ask for John! More

I would always recommend Pride of Seekonk because I have had excellent experiences with this company. Car shopping and car maintenance were top of my “I dislike” list but they are necessities in life. Pride Hyundai helped move these two tasks to my “I enjoy” (maybe not the maintenance, but the shoppin dislike” list but they are necessities in life. Pride Hyundai helped move these two tasks to my “I enjoy” (maybe not the maintenance, but the shopping?) list. Victor was honest and respectful throughout both the searching and buying process. I was upfront with him and told that Pride was the first dealership I visited so no matter what he offered me I was walking. At the end of my time with Victor I promised him I would return and let him earn my business after I had shopped around. I made this promise because even though I told Victor I was walking he gave me all the time I needed and never pushed to make the deal. After visiting a number of other dealerships I quickly learned that game playing between the sales person, sales manager, finance guy and me, the consumer was still in full affect! When I returned to see Victor I was once again comfortable in the process. The deal was made (and I believe it was a great deal!) and I left with my new car. I have returned to the dealership for a few misc. visits since bringing home my car and the positive experiences continue. Victor is still friendly and helps me with any question I have and everyone I interacted with in the service department are approachable, and dare I say caring. There are no guarantees in life; but I am pretty confident that if you visit Pride for you next Hyundai and you ask for Victor as your sales advisor you will have an enjoyable, almost stress free (there is always stress when I am spending $$$) car shopping experience! Tony, Pride's Service Manager is awesome. He truly cares about his customers. Always consistant "10" level service. And I love the free quick wash & vac! What a great experience. From the moment I placed my phone call to let them know exactly what car model I wanted :2013 (Elantra GLS with the prefered package), to the moment I drove off the lot, I had a phone call to let them know exactly what car model I wanted :2013 (Elantra GLS with the prefered package), to the moment I drove off the lot, I had a really great and pretty unexpected experience. The process was quick and pressure free (unlike other dealerships). What a great "team effort" from my sales rep Kevin, to the sales manager to the finance manager....even the Marketing Director and her staff....oh and lets not forget being inroduced to the service manager. Pretty impressive. My sales rep Kevin spent a great deal of time ging thru every inch of the car, taking the time to set up my cell to the bluetooth system, programing in a bunch of XM radio channels,... you name it, he covered it. I left the lot with a smile, and feel like they truly know who I am....not just someone who just purchased a car from them. Would highly recommend Pride Hyundai..... you bet I would...Absolutely. More
