The staff is always available to answer the phone when I call the service department. I can generally get an appointment within 2 weeks of when I call and I need weekend service so their availability is gre call the service department. The wait time is right on and the waiting area is comfortable and they offer free wifi to customers. They provide great recommendations and do not try to sell you any services you do not need. They explain everything perfectly and are always patient and kind with me. When parts are needed to order they come in within the week and I am contacted right away. More
ON OCTOBER 1ST, MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PRIDE HYUNDAI TO ON OCTOBER 1ST, MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PRIDE HYUNDAI TO SHOP WITH NO INTENTION OF BUYING. AS WE ENTERED THE LOT, WE MET UP WITH KEVIN LOTHROP. I T ON OCTOBER 1ST, MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PRIDE HYUNDAI TO SHOP WITH NO INTENTION OF BUYING. AS WE ENTERED THE LOT, WE MET UP WITH KEVIN LOTHROP. I TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE JUST LOOKING AT CARS FOR MY WIFE AND SHE HAD SOME QUESTIONS. FROM THAT POINT, HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION SHE HAD ABOUT THE SONATA. SHE TEST DROVE THE LIMITED, AND OF COURSE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. HE KNEW THE CAR FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER. THE ISSUE THEN BECAME PRICE. WE TOLD KEVIN THAT WE HAD A PRICE THAT WE WOULD NOT EXCEDE. IT TOOK A LITTLE TIME, BUT WE ENDED WITHIN A FEW DOLLARS OF OUR PRICE. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT ONLY KEVIN GOT MY WIFE INTO A NEW CAR. KEVIN CONNECTED WITH US IN A WAY THAT WE TRUSTED HIM AND WHAT HE WAS TELLING US. WE TRUST HIM SO MUCH THAT NEXT APRIL, WHEN MY PARENTS COME DUE FOR A NEW LEASE WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, I WILL INTRODUCE THEM TO KEVIN. SINCERELY, STEVE @ LISA MALO More
Bad experience at first. Finance person filled out leasing papers and title paper incorrectly. Could not get help for many weeks until Rosemary got involved. Well to start let me say that Rosemary did what she could for me. She was the reason that I gave Pride another chance. She said that my credit was very good and that they recommend us for an upgrade, and t for me. She was the reason that I gave Pride another chance. The only thing I recommend is that before they say congrats and make people all excited, that they talk with finance first before it all comes crumbling down. I have gone to Pride for service in the past and was always very satisfied. In April 2012 I went to Pride for service on my 2007 Accent and drove away in a new one! Kevin my Sales/Lease Consultant worke always very satisfied. In April 2012 I went to Pride for service on my 2007 Accent and drove away in a new one! Kevin my Sales/Lease Consultant worked with me to set up a lease program that I was happy with and is actually saving me money. My Accent is 'electrolyte green' and I love it! I have since been in for two oil changes and have just received a 10% off coupon for any maintenance service, so I'll be going in again. Tony the Service Mgr and Stacy the Service Advisor are great to work with. They have helped me maintain both of my Hyundai cars. Rosemary in Customer Relations made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my treatment at Pride. She took the time to listen and work with me on one issue and asked me to let her know of anything in addition that I was not happy with. I would recommend Pride of Seekonk for new and used car sales as well as service. More

I have bought many cars over the years and never have I met such a professional staff. I am greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome from Rosemary Ryan every time I arrive. I love my new 2012 Hyundai Tuscon! If I am to rate Pride Hyundai from 1-10. I am going to give them a whopping 100. Now I know why they are called Pride Hyundai. Because they do take pride from start to finish in sales and customer service. I will be buying my next car at Pride Hyundai.
