No pressure and easy to work with! On a whim, I went to Pride Hyundai to look at a Sante Fe. Roy Silveira came out to meet me and instantly made me feel at ease. He was funny and didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything (and he laughed at my dumb jokes-bonus!). Roy worked hard to get me the car at the terms I wanted/needed, and succeeded! I've bought many cars at dealerships in my lifetime, and this was the first purchase transaction that wasn't awkward or frustrating (side note- the finance manager Dave was funny and easy to talk to-also rare!). Roy is great and I can't say enough about him- I will recommend him to anyone that I know looking for a new car! He's a keeper! More
