No service after the sale End of November, 2015, I wrote an excellent review about Andy Luna. He sold me an Elantra. 3,000 miles later when I encountered a problem, he refused to return my calls. I also went through the sales manager, James, who refused to take or return my calls. I also went through the service manager, Tony, who spoke with me but said "nothing I can do" after he told me "not to worry. He'll take care of me." I then received a call from Rose, the customer service manager, who referred me to Lisa, the CEO. Lisa blamed my problem on everything and everyone else except Pride and told me she'd call me because she wanted to ensure I "completely understood" why my tires should need replacing at only 3K and 11K miles! I have waited a month. She has provided several excuses of why she can't find the time to call me. This was my third Elantra. I guess good, quick, all cash buyers are simply a nuisance and Andy doesn't need good customers. Might work short term, Andy, but this is never a good long term strategy in any business. I would never treat my own customers as Pride has treated me. More

They have the greatest staff. Everyone is so friendly, and will assist you in anything that you need. They listen to you and work with you to help you decide what is best for your needs. More

Dunkin Donut runs with Customers cars I dropped my car off on Wednesday night for service on Thursday. I was bringing in my car to get serviced on a recommendation provided by Tony and hi I dropped my car off on Wednesday night for service on Thursday. I was bringing in my car to get serviced on a recommendation provided by Tony and his group of technicians. On Thursday morning I received a call from My mother in law advising me that my car was parked at Dunkin Donuts and a service technician was coming out observing her look at my car. Upon calling Hyundai, Heather answered and instantly connected me to Tony. Tony stated that his technician was taking a test drive with my vehicle. Again the car was being worked on for a service they recommended so not sure why a test drive was in order but regardless a personal stop is certainly not warranted. I asked Tony if personal use of customers cars is a common practice. He laughed! I do not find this situation funny to the least. Being in customer service industry myself I expect better business practices and making a wrong situation right. I am appalled and will not be returning. Tony apologized numerous time although provided excuses for his technician actions which negate the apology in the first place. He also stated he wanted to make it up to me although did nothing. I purchased a Hyundai back in 2006 and would be in the market in a few years to come back although after this experience I will be looking elsewhere and telling others the same More
Wish I didn't have to put any stars. I recently went to this dealership to have an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2016 Elantra. I did not purchase from this dealership but with i I recently went to this dealership to have an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2016 Elantra. I did not purchase from this dealership but with it being close to work it was convenient for me. A day after picking up my vehicle I noticed that my tires were never rotated. I am able to tell because I have one tire that was replaced with a different brand and that tire remained in the same location as it was originally put on. I called the service department the next morning and spoke with Rose. She took down my info and notes of what happen. She questioned me as to if I was sure the rotation wasn't done and I explained how I knew. Attitude and all she promised me a call back within a certain period of time and the promise was not kept. I then called back and spoke with Rose who stated that she remembered speaking with me and I was the one who claims that my tires were "allegedly" not rotated. Each time I have spoken with someone regarding the matter the tone has been horrible and its as if I am being called a liar without them coming out and actually saying so. This afternoon I received a call from Tony who explained that he heard about what happen with my visit. He then went on to say that he reviewed the notes from my visit and his technician clearly noted that the rotation was completed and this employee has been working for him for a long time, is a good employee and he trusts his word. I then expressed my dissatisfaction for being called a liar and went on to explain how I knew that the rotation was not completed. After I provided my explanation I was then asked if I could be mistaken. Are you serious????? Had the matter been offered to be fixed from the beginning without being doubted or been given a horrible attitude by those I spoke with, I probably would have taken the offer of having the rotation done free of charge but I refuse to go back to a place that wants to doubt me and call me a liar for something that I have clear proof of. I know that this is not an expensive service to have done but it is the principal of the matter that it was not completed and I had paid for this service and to be called a liar was just the icing on the cake. More

If I had know at the time of trade that it would be twice the amount I would have never traded the car. More
