I truly hope that the management appreciates all these two people do for their dealership. When I felt completely ignored by the salesman who sold me my SUV I turned to Rose and she made things right as she always does not only for me but also for many customers.. and as for service ... Tony has always been right on top of the maintenance on all my vehicles and is always willing to take the time to explain things so you understand. As a customer for a long time ... when I have any service done on my vehicles I wait in your waiting area ... and as customers waiting we talk about what is going on... most of your customers feel as I do... only thing is some of them don't like to take the time to put it into words.
