The service department is untruthful and rude. The enterprise rental car agency they deal has very old, broken, and dirty cars. They once tried to give me a car that had the check engine light on. When I asked them about this, they said it happens all the time and not to worry about it. The service department does not take your worries and concerns seriously. A simple oil chance will will take you hours and hours of waiting. I am so upset and tired of this place taking advange of my loyalty. We will never return to this place for service or a new car. He followed through on some minor items that were left undone after receiving the vehicle and resolved all matters exactly as promised.
