I have a 2005 Audi A4 convertible. The convertible roof broke for no apparent reason - it stuck half way - and 3 weeks later I am still wrestling with their service department to get it fixed. It has been broke for no apparent reason - it stuck half way - and 3 weeks later I am still wrestling with their service department to get it fixed. It has been a NIGHTMARE experience. They deal with Enterprise for their rental cars which are terrible quality, with rude, gum chewing employees, not befitting what purports to be a quality dealership (eg dented/scratched dirty 2003 Nissan Sentra was the first car they offered!) Now I can be seen driving around in a 2003 VW Jetta - a far cry from the glamorous, roof down, wind in my hair car I thought I'd be driving this summer (oh and that we paid good money for). I am SO DISAPPOINTED. After they had the car 1 week they told me that if was fixed. When I went to pick it up and tried the roof before I signed their service sheet, it broke again (first time!). "It's an intermittent problem" I was told!!! Dieter sold me the car and I cannot fault him at all, he was very pleasant and even helped me out when I complained about the quality of rental car (first off I ended up with a Chevy Trailblazer after Dieter intervened). But Audi service department....that is a WHOLE different story - it SUCKS. It needs to be made ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that customers are NOT TO EXPECT a same/similar quality loaner car when their car is in for repair. The dealership and I have been in touch with Audi USA, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference at all. My car remains with them and they really don't seem to care AT ALL about my dilemma, last I heard they said my car is drivable so perhaps I can pick it up until they have the right part. I'd just like to add that one of the key reasons we chose Flemington, above Princeton was that Dieter did a great job on selling their great service - whoops! I am so put off that unfortunately I don't think I'll ever buy another Audi, even though I actually do love the car (when everything works). BUT I just can't stand this terrible service, I am so very upset by the whole experience. More
I have had nothing but excellent service from Flemington Car & Truck. I am on my 4th lease with them. Dieter was an excellent salesman when I leased my Audi's. With my new 2005 Passat lease I worked with Car & Truck. I am on my 4th lease with them. Dieter was an excellent salesman when I leased my Audi's. With my new 2005 Passat lease I worked with both John Rachmiel and Stephanie DeVivo-Wyatt. Both were excellent. Both were very friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. John was very patient with us when we were trying to decide between cars. He let us test drive quite a few cars before we made our decision. Never did we feel pressured to "hurry up and make a decision".

I have always had my Audi's serviced here and fully intend to have my Passat serviced here as well. The service people have always been excellent.
More
I am on my 4th lease with Flemington Car & Truck. My first three leases were on Audi's at this dealership and let me tell you - they were and still are wonderful! It's nice to be able to deal with the same salesman over 9 years!

I always took my Audi's into Flemington Audi for service and never had one problem They were always straight forward and friendly. If I waited for the service to be completed they always told me exactly how long it would take and more than likely that was exactly when the car was ready. If I left it over night for service it was always ready when I expected it to be and it was washed. I liked that.

Kudos to Dieter and Flemington Audi! More

Ryan Bender is great. He listens to your concerns about your car, and is understanding. A few weeks ago, however, I did not get to speak with Ryan and I had the worst experience with another employee who your car, and is understanding. A few weeks ago, however, I did not get to speak with Ryan and I had the worst experience with another employee who basically told me that I was wrong in my assessment of what was wrong with my car, and I did not want to drive it (I have the 2002 Passat that has the ignition coil problems, and I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG and was afraid of breaking down on Rt 287), and the employee told me, "Its okay, you can drive you car, come in next Wednesday". I lost a day of work fighting with not only the employee I spoke with, but I received the same treatment from the General Manager (who insisted that the 4 coils HAD to have been replaced already, when in fact, only 3 have, and I told that to him!) and the Director of the Service Department. (The Service Director, Lee, told me to bring my car in the following Wednesday as well). I felt that if I had been a MAN, I would have not received that type of treatment, and because I am a woman was treated very differently. I finally convinced the Service Director of the problem, and I brought my car in that day at 4 PM. The next morning, by 11 AM, I did get a call...FROM RYAN....who indicated that the ignition coil was replaced (Gee...who was right?!!!), and there were two other problems with the car, which were fixed as well. My husband was LIVID at the fact that an employee would tell a customer to drive their car who expressed their concern of breaking down and did not want to drive it. He went in with me the next day when I picked up my car so he could speak to that employee personally, but he was already gone for the day...LUCKY FOR THAT EMPLOYEE. If it wasnt for a staff member like Ryan, I would probably never go back there....Ryan...dont ever leave! More
