Great service, inventory of new and used vehicles, and timely communications. This was my first Audi and although I did not know much about the vehicle, John explained in detail features, Carfax and safet timely communications. I recently bought a VM Jetta Sportswagon TDI. I delt with Andy Heymann the salesman. I was overall very happy with my experience with Flemington Porsche and specifically, with my interaction with John Nelson. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable about cars in general and Flemington Porsche and specifically, with my interaction with John Nelson. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable about cars in general and has an obvious passion for what he does. At the end of the day we both knew I wanted the car, but John still worked with me on the price and did his best to make me feel happy. He took the time to follow up with me on all my questions and delivered the car at the time agreed with all the ‘extras’ he had committed to and all the paperwork complete and ready for my signature. This has not been my experience with other premium car dealerships and so I was pleasantly surprised to receive this level of service. On the test drive John helped me feel comfortable with the car and on pick-up, again went over the features, operation, service intervals and other things to look out for. I did not feel rushed, even though I collected the car on what was obviously a very busy Saturday. In addition the finance rate I received was actually less than I thought possible, so it was also obvious that effort had really been placed here to get me, not just the best price on the car and trade in, but also on the overall finance package. I have again not always felt in the past that dealerships will put this amount of effort into obtaining the best rate, knowing at this point that they are almost guaranteed the business. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More
We noted that the Audi dealership does not allow you to test drive the cars alone - the sales person was always in the car with us. Other dealers (BMW, Lexus and Volvo) allowed us to test drive alone (i.e test drive the cars alone - the sales person was always in the car with us. Other dealers (BMW, Lexus and Volvo) allowed us to test drive alone (i.e. at Volvo we test drove 3 cars and each time we were allowed to go alone). Being able to test drive the car alone gave us the opportunity to talk freely, discuss options, etc. Audi does not appear to negotiate their prices or offer added benefits. At BMW the salesperson was willing to seriously negotiate the price of the car (not just a few hundred dollars, but by $1,200). At the Volvo dealership they dropped the price $2k and threw in some features at no cost. WOW! The Audi sales person took a whole $200 off the car, not that impressed. We also heard the usual lines "We can not keep these cars on the lot", "This car just arrived and it won't be here long", "Someone else is looking at the vehicle this morning, so it might not be here tomorrow unless I can put a "sold" sign on it for you"...etc. We later found out that the car had been on the lot since the beginning of the month (we purchased at the end of the month), so it actually was on the lot for over 3 weeks. Given that the statements above appeared to be more for "pressure" than honesty. Ultimately, our decision to go ahead and buy the Audi was driven by the fact that we are in the market for 2 new cars. We probably won't be buying the second car at Audi (or VW) - we are going to go back to BMW, since they were so much more interested in getting our business and working on the price of the car, service plans, etc. Also, one of the primary considerations on purchasing an Audi was the financing interest available - which we could not get without submitting a credit application. We had copies of our FICO scores (both in the high 700s). You should not have to apply for credit to find out what interest rate you may get. By submitting the credit application, this may have affected our credit score. It we had chosen not to go with Audi, we may have been "dinged" at another dealer for a slightly lower score. Regardless, at BMW we were offered 3.9% financing period, and at Volvo we were offered 2.9% period, regardless of our FICO or credit scores. I gave the dealership a score of "good" because once we had decided on the car, things moved quickly and efficiently and generally everyone was pleasant and helpful. (Corey was a helpful and pleasant when getting all of the paperwork finalized and signed.) Ways to improve Flemington Audi: 1. Provide more details (in print) on the vehicle, up front. After walking off the lot, we really did not know what the vehicle had and did not have - it would have been helpful to have something in writing that we could review later on and compare to other vehicles; 2. Realize that you are competing with dealerships (BMW, Volvo, Lexus, Mercedes) that are offering serious price adjustments and/or options, features, etc. to get the business. Audi is really falling behind on this - you have a "take it or leave it" approach that is probably sending buyers to BMW or worse, to another Audi dealer; 3. Consider ways to let the potential buyers test drive the vehicles alone; and 4. Offer 1st oil change on CPO vehicles for free; 5. Provide financing interest rates up front. More

Even though Bill was in another part of the store, he came over when he noticed that no one else available, greeted me with a friendly hand shake, then proceeded to LISTEN as I explained what I was looking for. A neighbor friend asked that I visit Flemington Audi before making a purchase. He had bought several cars there over the years and got to know the owner and staff who all have many years of service as in 20-30+ with the Dealership. This sounded nice but did not translate to a good price and service after the sale. My viewpoint changed quickly after being introduced and spending time with Ron Neall answering my many questions. Ron is the friendly helpful neighbor type and quickly our discussions transcended the car and I was not just a customer but a person he genuinely was trying to help. In fact, there was more concern by Ron about getting explaining the value and pros and cons of options than closing a deal. Ron was in fact successfully closing the sale and establishing a relationship as he made sure I was completely comfortable and no push to sell. In fact he introduced me to all the Staff involved in the Purchase, Finance and Service departments so I understood how the Dealership team is structured before the purchase. On vehicle delivery day last Friday the paperwork was prepared correctly and completed smoothly. Ron then patiently reviewed all the car's operations and features for an hour so that I would be completely informed and comfortable with operating all the bells and whistles on the car. After the weekend, Ron called to follow up and see if I needed anything or had questions - again this was above and beyond expectations. Now I understand why my neighbor was so persistent that I consider Flemington Audi. I am extrmely pleased with my new neighbor Ron Neall who is a fine representative for Audi and the Flemington Audi dealership. More
Ron did a great job. We talked on the phone and he gave all info i need to make a decision. I came to the dealer the next day to pick up the car. Everything was simple and easy. Flemington was great!
