My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone was so helpul and friendly. We started through the internet sales and then went to the dealership for a test drive. She took time to explain everything and we didn't feel rushed. Ed was great as well. Between him and Debbie they made going through all the paperwork a piece of cake. They were very attentive. When I put a call into Debbie to call my bank to verify information, she did it immediately and that helped to get the loan through quicker. They were also great with helping us trade in our old car. When it is time for us to get a new car, I will definately look into getting another VW. It was such a great experience. More

I am very impressed with the Flemington VW experience. It was that bad. I have always liked Jettas and have heard nothing but rave reviews from owners for over 20 years, but had been driving an SUV purchased from another manufacturer whose customer service was excellent as well. A visit to Flemington VW left me very interested in the vehicle and determined to work with the dealership versus another VW dealership. I was met with the utmost courtesy in a professional, yet cheerful environment. Adam and his colleagues surpassed my previous experience, which was difficult to do! Adam provided 110% customer support, from a quick review of how to drive a manual transmission to the pros and cons of different models, including my specific family needs and safety issues. He was unbiased in terms of cost with his recommendations, which is truly admirable. Also, he has driven only Jettas in his driving career, which gave me great confidence in the product. The transaction included a trade in which was absolutely effortless for me. I made one phone call... to my car insurance agent. That was it. That was all I had to do to trade in my vehicle, obtain a loan through VW at a great interest rate, have the option to extend the warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles (outstanding), and drive away with my pretty Jetta. Adam also introduced me to the service gentlemen, which was wonderful because I will be taking the vehicle back to the dealership (exclusively) for service. Adam was super! I was up late, searching the internet for a much sought after Audi Q5, when I found just what I was looking for. I emailed my information request at 1:30 AM and got a response by John at 6:30 AM. The price was great, the color was right, and it was available! I went to work that morning with plans of going to look at it afterward. I spoke with John many times throughout the day; he kept me up to date about the Q5, as other people had been looking at it throughout the day. I had one that I planned on purchasing at another dealership sold to someone else as I was 5 minutes away. I surely didn't want to go through that disappointment again. John was very informed about the car and answered all my questions. The only thing that could have been better was the bank being open (it was 8 PM by the time we were ready to make the deal) and me being able to take it home that night! Nonetheless, I was thrilled the next morning to come and pick it up (with a great financing rate, thanks to Corey Evans), and show it off! The price I paid was extremely competitive and the amount I got for my trade was very fair. I received everything promised to me with no problems. My new Audi Q5 was waiting for me outside when I got there looking absolutely perfect. It was worth the wait (To get the "perfect car, I had to order it - they even made this easy - and even though they said it would take 12 weeks, it was more like 10-1/2 weeks. Well worth it!). I love my new car! I highly recommend Flemington Audi and their professional Sales staff. Thank you all!!! More

Jon Budd exhibited a "can do" attitude right from the start when I contacted him regarding a new Q5. The specific model I wanted was in VERY short supply and no other dealer offered to help me from the start when I contacted him regarding a new Q5. Sure enough, not only was he able to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted, but did it in a very timely fashion and also got me a good price on top of everything else.
