They will tell you they don't have time to fix your car under warranty or they can't ''duplicate ' the problem with your car. My advice is steer clear. Worst Service Center in the Fredericksburg area. (Zero Stars) I took my car in to have a part installed. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, at 557am, on a Saturday. After waiting 2.5 hours, I am told th (Zero Stars) I took my car in to have a part installed. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, at 557am, on a Saturday. After waiting 2.5 hours, I am told that they don't have the right part. Well, why wasn't I told this 2. 2 hours earlier. I am told that the part can be ordered, but I procured my own part, during the week, from a parts store and am Guaranteed that it is the right part, because I showed them the paperwork from the Nissan Service Department. I get back to Pohanka and I am told, much earlier this time, that it is the wrong part, but they have the right part in stock for $200 more. So, I am frustrated and just tell them to use their part. I pay and get my car back and now there is a very loud vibration when I am driving. So loud, in fact, that when I am driving I can barely use my in-car bluetooth, because people tell me it sounds like my windows are rolled down. I, also, notice that the original issue is still ongoing. I contact Pohanka, again, and explain all of this to them and ask if I can bring the car back to have it looked at. Cassie tells me that the loud vibration sound couldn't have been caused by the work their technicians did( however, it was not making this loud noise prior to them working on my vehicle) and that they do not perform diagnostics on Saturdays, because it is usually their busiest day. So, now, the vehicle that I was so excited about owning and driving, thanks to these thieves, has been a major irritation. If there were a way to give less than one star, I would gladly do so. More
Wanted to Buy a Car I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the sales lady kept trying to put me in crappy cars or used ones In which I was not interested. She kept looking in her notebook; it was as though she was given a list of cars to dump on people. She must have been new. If I had a question, she would have to ask the manager. Later, when I called back and was getting serious about buying, either the sales lady I had been relegated to and was told I “was her’s” if I tried to talk to another salesperson or try to get information. I have read where other people had great experiences, and I just wish I had had that same experience. More

Again, let me clearly state, he worked with us very closely to finish the deal but did it in a way that made both of us comfortable to be there. If you are going to purchase a new or used auto, ask for Matt. You won't go wrong. More

Wasn't my transmission I had my car towed to Pohanka after several people told me that my axel was busted and that's why my car wouldn't move and would grind when put in gea I had my car towed to Pohanka after several people told me that my axel was busted and that's why my car wouldn't move and would grind when put in gear. Eddie called me and told me that it was my transmission and it would cost $5k to replace everything in it. I called him a day later and told him that after speaking with my uncle that 5k was too expensive. He calls back and says that he fought with the service manager and they could do it for 4k final. Later that day I went in to see what the diagnostic report said and it was blank, paper just had the price for the test on it. When I asked why it was blank Eddie the service manager (I guess he fought with himself to knock off 1k)said that Nissan doesn't give you exact codes which is a lie. I called my uncle and he advised me of what questions to ask. When asked what exactly was wrong with my transmission Eddie said either your belt is shredded or some other bs, I asked did they drop my transmission and check it, he said no because there was no need to and it would cost $350 to do and he was saving me money. By this time he's getting frustrated because I keep firing off questions and he realizes this is not an easy sale because I am a female. After giving me the run around and no real answers, I had my car towed to a transmission place in Richmond and low and behold it was my axle, nothing wrong with my transmission and it only cost me $375. More

He introduced me to everyone there in service and these folks as well were fantastic (sorry I cannot remember everyone name) but I know your faces and the customer service you showed to me was tip top. If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend contacting Tyler . I cannot express enough how happy I was to drive away with my car and I owe that to Tyler.........thanks again. Matt in the finance department did a fantastic job getting me low interest with long term and I appreciate all he did for me. PS- there really should be more stars for rating that is not enough for these guys!!! More
