I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon from Pohanka Hyundai back in February 2012. The sales rep I dealt with was Amanda Brandt. The whole process was fine. My youngest, insisting that Amanda carry her around. They ask to go back to the dealership just to visit her now. What is really impressive though, I recently had to have the vehicle serviced and had some issues with a rental car arrangement. I discovered the discrepancy after hours but wanted to get off a quick e-mail to Pohanka. The only e-mail address I had was Amanda's. I fired my e-mail out to her at about 11:00 pm. I asked that she forward a message from me to the service department. She actually responded to me within 30 minutes. I did not expect that. I sent a thank you and she responded, once again. Bear in mind this was after hours. Way after hours. I can't think of any other sales rep that would do that. I would definitely refer people to Amanda Brandt and do business with her again, myself. I had traveled to two other dealership before meeting Amanada. I had actually started with your location but was displeased the the sales rep. I beleived it really started with a phone call. She was the very best Customer Service I had received and a breath of fresh air to me and my daughter. I had to wait for my car like the others had said. The difference was she was honest and said I would have to wait for my car to arrive. The other said that but Amanada concern for keeping me up to date on a regular basis is what made me stay with your location. From the time we met Amanda she showed great hospitality. It was pouring rain and she provied us with an umbrella while she got soaked. We weren't planning on purchasing Hyundai but all the other dealerships (5 that we visited) seem so focused on making a sale and didn't want to budge with price. Had visited dealership prior and spoke with Amanda, explaining that we were't sure what make of car we wanted- Went back 4 months later - Amanda remembered us and helped us again. On second visit- she had just the color and style we were interested in and we made the deal. We were surprised she remembered out first visit. We have been back to the dealership for oil changes, etc. and she always finds time to chat and insure that everything is going well with my car. I wasn't sure I wanted a Hyundai over a Mitsubishi- but I am so pleased with my car. We made a great choice of both salesperson and dealership.
