The man makes the dealership! Back in 2009 a friend and I went to Pohanka Honda I believe to look for a "new" vehicle and met Bill Hamilton. Bill took the time to find my needs and he met them. That vehicle he sold me was a 2007 GMC Envoy. Fast-forward to February 2025 and my envoy that I have had since '09 is finally telling me that I need to start looking for a new vehicle. Coincidentally, that very same friend texted me out of the blue to check on me and how I have been doing. I told her that I am getting ready to look for another vehicle, she was amazed that the SUV was still running. But get this, she just finished buying her daughter a used Hyundai from none other than Bill Hamilton. I was floored. So I was able to get in contact with Bill, I saw him on 2/11 and he figured out my needs, showed me several ideas but then found me the perfect match and drove off with a great deal that evening. All of the staff are so nice and don't push you into anything you don't want to do. The dealership has called me twice checking on me and Bill gave me his personal cell phone to contact him for anything ..and I have been. He's been so patient with my questions. I love what I got and will continue to use this dealership with all of my automotive needs. Thanks y'all! More

They earned three loyal customers with their willingness to work with our budgets and by actively listening to our must-haves in a new car. Long version: My mom, sister, and I had been leasing Kias for about 15 years, combined. Our leases were scheduled to expire early 2025, so we went to the dealership to get new cars; unfortunately, because of current interest rates, they essentially told us they had nothing in our price range, there was nothing they could do, and we left incredibly disappointed. Mom and I felt backed into a corner to buy out our leases, but my sister did not like her K5 and wanted to look elsewhere. We ultimately went to Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg for my sister to test drive a new car to get at the end of her K5 lease. The sales team explained that they could buy her out of her lease, and all of our heads exploded! All three of us ended up selling our Kia leases to Hyundai and driving away in brand new Hyundais. Bill Hamilton was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we all got the cars that fit our exact list of must-haves and worked diligently with the manager, Roman Stanakzai, to make the leases work within our budgets. Carla Argueta in finance was efficient and explained the leasing contract at a level of my understanding. The showroom was comfortable and clean and every associate we encountered was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The detailing crew made sure my new 2024 Kona was delivered in absolute glimmering perfection. As a family of three women, it's so important that we have reliable cars that can get us where we need to go. It's such a bonus that Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg also made sure we are riding safely and in style. They also happen to be a group of trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable staff who have gained three loyal customers from their outstanding customer experience. More
Had 2 recalls on my vehicle, great vehicle B4 taking it in. They cause an oil leak, took weeks to fix, the service manager carried me through so many changes, blatantly lying to my face several times. Too in. Hyundai Service Only. Recently I had Mohave my oil changed and I went to Pohanka. When I bought my car there I was very and still love the car. This dealership is a complete ripoff. They add in a $4000 charge for “protection” which is literally what the Hyundai app does for free. Very unprofessional and their cars are all repaired and overpriced. I visited Service Dept on April 1, 2022 to have my yearly inspection While some may think this is no big deal when you are 81 it is a big deal.
