When I had a question concerning the back hatch she had me bring in the vehicle any day she was at work and she would help me with my concern. A very conscientious person. The last time a bought a new car from a dealer was 1990 so I was nervous about going through the process again. When I walked into Pohanka Hyundai I spoke with Greg, the Sales Manager, and told him that I was nervous and didn't want to deal with a high-pressure salesman. He smiled and introduced me to Brandon S. Brandon is kind, patient and knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure I found the car I wanted. He understood what I was looking for and what I could afford. When we went for the test drive on surface streets and the freeway I fell in love with the Elantra and knew I'd found the car I wanted. We came back and worked on an estimate but I didn't sign anything that day because I wanted to bring a friend with me. He didn't pressure me to sign and Greg checked to make sure I'd had a good experience. I returned two days later with a friend to help me go through all the forms. My car was sitting outside ready to go home with me. Brandon patiently reviewed everything with both of us, worked on a few more details and took us to Matt, the Finance Manager. Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable, patiently listened to my concerns and patiently explained everything to me. He made several calls to get the best rate for me. As I walked through the Service Department on my first visit there someone called out to me. I turned and saw Fred P, the Service Manager. I knew Fred from a dealer he previously worked for and know that he is without a doubt the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with or heard of.
