Judaea listened carefully to what my daughter said and went about creating a wonderful situation. She and the finance team at Pohanka worked behind the scenes to locate a car that fit her budget, was low on miles, gas efficient, trustworthy, dependable and beautifully kept (and cute). Yesterday she drove away in an adorable car with an extended 2 year warranty... first oil change free... state inspection free for the life of the car that she owns it... best of all, the finance team made it work - low % rate, great terms... we couldn't have asked for a better deal! Thank you, Judaea and Pohanka! It was stress free! In addition to that I would add that it felt to me, because this wasn't a 'big ticket item' that they really were invested, not just in meeting my daughter's needs, but in building a firm relationship with our family for ongoing service... building it on stable ground. After hearing Pohanka's radio advertisement for hail damaged vehicles being up to 40% off, my husband and I decided to go to the dealership to purchase a new car. Our sales man greeted us and took us back to the hail damaged cars. We asked which ones were the ones advertised as the 40% off. The salesman said he didn't know. They were all in the computer and only the manager knew which were 40% off. So we chose 2 Elantras to go back inside so our salesman could look up what the prices of them were. We sat for 20 minutes waiting on him to return with the prices. Once he did return, he said the ones we chose were only 10% off. My husband then asked, ok..then which ones are the 40% off. The salesman said, we sold all of those. Really? Because you first told us you didn't know which ones were 40% off when we arrived. My husband said then your ads are very deceiving since none of the cars on your lot are 40% off and you are still running the ads that say they are 40% off. He said, well no, those are all sold. Nothing like being lied to and given the run around. We are looking for a new car. I can tell you we will never buy one from Pohanka Hyundai. More

I went in with a price in mind for my trade in and what I was willing to pay for a new car. My experience with Amanda Brandt was a very great experience. She is a very approachable and customer oriented person. Not only did she sell me a new car in February 2013, and upon delivery of the new 2013 Hyundai Tuscon she went over every aspect of me getting to know my car when I picked it up. Amanda stayed in contact with me after purchasing my vehicle to make sure everything was going well with my car after I had the vehicle for a week or so. When I had a question concerning the back hatch she had me bring in the vehicle any day she was at work and she would help me with my concern. A very conscientious person. I am very pleased with my new 2013 Hyundai Tuscon to date. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to bring in my vehicle for service as their service department has always treated me as I would want to be treated. Might I add, but not remembering the Financial Manager's name off the top of my mind right now, but he was excellent when it came down to working out all of the financial figures in order to help me determine if I was going to continue with the sale. For several months I knew I'd be buying a new car this year. I first noticed the Elantra on the road because it's a good looking car and started paying attention to commercials. I did a lot of research online and was impressed with everything I learned. I talked with Hyundai owners and all were enthusiastic about their cars and would buy them again. The last time a bought a new car from a dealer was 1990 so I was nervous about going through the process again. When I walked into Pohanka Hyundai I spoke with Greg, the Sales Manager, and told him that I was nervous and didn't want to deal with a high-pressure salesman. He smiled and introduced me to Brandon S. Brandon is kind, patient and knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure I found the car I wanted. He understood what I was looking for and what I could afford. When we went for the test drive on surface streets and the freeway I fell in love with the Elantra and knew I'd found the car I wanted. We came back and worked on an estimate but I didn't sign anything that day because I wanted to bring a friend with me. He didn't pressure me to sign and Greg checked to make sure I'd had a good experience. I returned two days later with a friend to help me go through all the forms. My car was sitting outside ready to go home with me. Brandon patiently reviewed everything with both of us, worked on a few more details and took us to Matt, the Finance Manager. Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable, patiently listened to my concerns and patiently explained everything to me. He made several calls to get the best rate for me. As I walked through the Service Department on my first visit there someone called out to me. I turned and saw Fred P, the Service Manager. I knew Fred from a dealer he previously worked for and know that he is without a doubt the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with or heard of. Wonderful car, outstanding sales experience, great service department--what more could anyone ask... I highly recommend Pohanka Hyundai. More
