I am really sorry we did not connect on the phone but i did try the first day after printing the inspection and battery print out from the visit on the 1st.. I asked the service stuff to go over it with you if an when you call back and never heard back from them thinking it was handled.. For that I'm sorry. Never received a call back and have just returned from Bonita where I was visiting family. I feel I was taken advantage of seeing that a simple oil change and brake fluid change (at 39,000 miles) was perhaps not necessary. I had a Bad Battery Cell and AAA helped in that respect and driving home on the I-75 my Tire Monitor System request lit up. Needless to say I don’t believe Plaza Cadillac did a very efficient inspection. I specifically decided on the Cadillac dealership, however, any other site could have done the work you did for a more nominal fee. I’m beginning to believe that everyone has a command audience with the growth in the area.
