Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable. However we spent 6 1/2 hours at the dealership and at least 4 of the hours of it was just standing and waiting. The dealership closed while we were still in the process of being shown the features. The detailing on the car was less than satisfactory. We had to make an appointment to return the car for minor repairs that should have been completed prior to releasing the vehicle. The process for buying a new car did not leave us with an positive experience. More

Friendly staff. Even though they tried, One item was not fixed. The brakes still squeel when moving both forward and reverse at very low speed. It doesn’t sound like it is real serious.
