Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida. Thanks for your feedback. It's unfortunate that the extensive amount of repairs your trade needed prevented us from offering you Kelley Blue Book value. I hope that the dealer who paid more sight unseen didn't do so by dramatically over charging you for the new car to offset the trade allowance, which is a practice we have been seeing at a lot of other dealers recently. Very Poor on your part, not accepting and apologizing for where your dealership, specifically customer service & sales, dropped the ball in NOT providing satisfactory customer service. I never had issues like this with the Cadillac deakership in Massachusetts. Maybe that's why the Jenkins Auto group is growing.... My car did not need extensive repairs.. it needed a new antenae... and this was revealed to the Jenkins dealership. There was no mark up on the new car we purchased. Just the opposite. This is not our first rodeo. We are both 65 years old and have purchased many cars in our lifetimes and recogize great customer service when we experience it. My husband & I have always bought new cars. We take good care of our cars, service them at dealership and negotiate to get a fair deal when trading in a car during a new car purchase. My husband bought a new 2023 Mercedes GLE last Dec, down at a Mercedes dealership in Orlando, trading in his 2016 Mercedes GLE with 60,000 miles on it. He has owned other like vehicles in the past.. previously to Mercedes, Infiniti QX56 and Infiniti JX. I always buy an SUV. I have owned Nissan, Lexus and Cadillac....and now a Genesis. We are very happy with our purchase.
