Wonderful service very thorough I’m pleased with the service I receive at Plaza Cadillac. The customer service is remarkable not to mention sometimes I’m unable to keep my appointmen I’m pleased with the service I receive at Plaza Cadillac. The customer service is remarkable not to mention sometimes I’m unable to keep my appointment times. They not only reschedule me but they do it with a smile and friendly attitude. I appreciate the fact that they pay attention to detail what needs to be done to my car. Instead of trying to sell me things I don’t really need. Did I mention the free WiFi coffee and donuts ... Oh yeah and thank you for my car wash also. If my wait is long I can’t tell. I’m too busy watching tv in their lounge, or surfing the internet off of their WiFi, or outside looking at the car inventory dreaming of a new car one day! Thank you so much.
