after the sale I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however 3 months after the sale not 1 has called to ask if all was OK. Of all the vehicles I has bought this is the 1st time no interest for the customer has been displayed. It was our most expensive car yet and so surprised no one cared to check on us. With so many options you would think a follow up is a necessity. Disappointed in staff More
